Maintenance Tips
For best sharpening results and to maintain the longevity of the 67 blade please use a knife sharpening water wet stone sharpener with 1000/6000 grit. Grinding back and forth a few times which will result in the knives being sharp as new again.
Please do not use these knifes to cut bone or other hard foods as it may damage the blade, also avoid beating the food with the surface of the edge.
To ensure the knife anti rust function, please do not let acid or other corrosive juices left on the knife surface too long, such as tomato juice, lemon juice, etc.
After use be sure to clean the knife but DO NOT use in dishwasher. Dry it with a clean cloth and place it in a dry and ventilated place.
To ensure reaching a better cutting effect, please select correct knife for the different types of food selected for cutting.
Please do not use your finger to test the sharpness.
